Rick Yan has been Chief Executive Officer and President and a director since 2000. Mr. Yan was an investor and advisor to 51job from inception. Prior to joining 51job, he was a Director and the Head of China Practice at Bain & Company, an international strategy consulting company. In his 11-year tenure with Bain & Company, Mr. Yan was widely acknowledged as an expert in the consumer products and technology sectors. Prior to his affiliation with Bain & Company, Mr. Yan worked at Hewlett-Packard in Hong Kong for four years and was awarded Marketing Executive of the Year. Mr. Yan received his Bachelor of Engineering degree and Master of Philosophy degree from the University of Hong Kong and his MBA with distinction from INSEAD in France.

Kathleen Chien is Chief Operating Officer and Acting Chief Financial Officer. She joined 51job in 1999 and served as Chief Financial Officer from 2004 to March 2009. Prior to joining 51job in 1999, Ms. Chien worked in the management consulting and financial services industries. During her three-year tenure at Bain & Company, Ms. Chien consulted a number of companies on strategic and marketing issues, including entry into the Chinese market and achieving cost and operational efficiencies. In two years at Capital Securities Corp., a leading investment bank in Taiwan, Ms. Chien completed a number of equity and equity-linked transactions, including the first ever Swiss-franc convertible bond issuance out of Taiwan. Ms. Chien serves as a board member of ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd. Ms. Chien received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and her MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

David Weimin Jin is a Senior Vice President and joined 51job in 2000. Prior to joining 51job, Mr. Jin held sales management positions in large multinational companies in Xian, including three years at Shell (China) limited and one year with Colgate-Palmolive Co., Ltd. Mr. Jin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Xidian University.

Tao Wang is a Vice President and joined 51job in 2000. Prior to joining 51job, Mr. Wang spent four years as a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company. He also served as a Representative and the General Manager of a joint venture company in Wuhan for TI Group Asia Pacific. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wang held various engineering and project management positions at the Ministry of Aerospace Industry in China. Mr. Wang received a Bachelor in Math degree from Shandong University and a Master in Engineering degree from the Second Academy under the PRC Ministry of Aerospace Industry. He also holds a MBA from the Business School at University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.

Jones Haijun Yu is a Vice President and joined 51job in 1998.Prior to joining 51job, Mr. Yu worked as a technician with Guangzhou Zengcheng Biochemical Engineering Company for one year. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Wuhan University and in Business Management from Beijing Jiaotong University.

Lawrence Jingwu Chen is a Vice President and joined 51job in 2000. Prior to joining 51job, Mr. Chen worked as a senior sales manager in the consumer goods industry for more than 10 years including Amway (China) and Mars Foods (China). He received a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Zhongnan University of Economics in Wuhan.

Don Dong Cui is a Vice President and joined 51job in 2001. Prior to joining 51job, Mr. Cui worked as a sales manager at Global Sources Ltd. for four years. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Zhengzhou University.

Landy Lan Huang is a Vice President and joined 51job in 2001. Prior to joining 51job, Mr. Huang had over 10 years of accounting and finance experience working at Bacardi (Shanghai) Limited, Novartis Nutrition (Shanghai) Limited, Raychem (Shanghai) Cable Accessories Limited and Yue-Sai Kan Cosmetics (Shanghai) Limited. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industry Management from Shanghai University of Technology.

Michael Xianglin Wang is a Vice President and joined 51job in 2001. Prior to joining 51job, Mr. Wang was responsible for sales management at several multinational companies in Chengdu, including Nestl岢, General Electric and Kimberly-Clark. Mr. Wang received his Master of Science degree in Food Science from Southwest University in Chongqing, China.

Anne Yu is a Vice President, focusing on the company's online business. Prior to joining 51job in 2005, Ms. Yu was responsible for corporate planning at Chinadotcom. Ms. Yu began her career as an investment banker with Lehman Brothers and has worked as a consultant with Bain & Company. Ms. Yu received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California,Los Angeles, her Master of Science degree in Operations Research from Stanford University, and her MBA from the Sloan School of Business at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
